Looking to Jesus

Days seem to be moving so fast. Monday blurs into Friday and then it's the weekend again. Wasn't it just January? And now it's the first day of summer. Not only is time moving fast but burdens are numerous. Friends going through relational or financial difficulties, family walking through health trials, etc. And then our own challenges that can be job, friends, church, the list goes on... What can steady us in a swirling sea of unknowns? I know I have a very hard time with change and things not being solid. But the only thing that can steady me, can steady you, is keeping our eyes on Jesus. Sounds so basic, but it's not. It changes everything. It is the only thing that can steady us in all the unknowns. "...Looking to Jesus, the founder and perfecter of our faith..." (Hebrews 12:2) Eyes fixed on Him, knowing He is at work, can steady us in the most turbulent storm. Let's keep our gaze fixed.
