Trip home

Thank you to all of you who have been praying for me and my family! I certainly felt the prayers this weekend as I traveled to NC. There was a newfound strength of heart and faith in my soul. Thank you!

The drives were just a sweet time with the Lord, and the weekend was full of wonderful memories with my family. My mom surprised me with an appt. at my favorite Paul Mitchell hair salon there in Greensboro. This was such a treat! (I have the most thoughtful mom ever!) I enjoyed a day of fun on Saturday with my parents. We ate Brazilian food, saw a movie, and enjoyed fellowship. I was able to really enjoy my family! Lots of time to talk and pray. I spent time with my cousin on Monday which was a treat. I'm continuing to pray for her salvation! My mom had her tests on Monday and Tuesday. We are awaiting results. Thank you for your continued prayers as we continue to "expect great mercies." The Lord is faithfully upholding us as we wait on Him!!
