Big Sis Night

So, in an effort to be purposely investing in children - I've instigated a "Big Sis Night" with a dear family at CLC. They have four girls - aged 6-15. I stayed with this family when I first interviewed at SGM last May. They are incredibly kind and hospitable, and I immediately hit it off with their girls. Tonight, I brought over fixings to make homemade individual pizzas. And we watched "Kung Fu Panda." Umm...I kind of had more of a girly movie in mind, but hey! They wanted Kung Fu! :) 

What a fun night! I'm grateful for the time I was able to spend with them. We had a blast!!! I think this is going to be one of those "deals of my season" that the Lord would have me seize. Investing in the next generation!
